I remember feeling like we had too many moving parts and not enough structure around the lead flow side of the business. They helped us slow down, name the real problem, and turn it into workflow cleanup, better handoffs, and automation that still left room for human judgment. It gave us more confidence sending people to the link and explaining what we do.
Leads were coming in but the follow-up was inconsistent. Some got a call the same day, some got nothing for a week, and we had no way to tell the difference until it was too late.
The follow-up system that came out of this work is simple — probably simpler than I expected. But simple is what the team will actually use. The complexity of what we had before was why it was being ignored.
Lead response time is measurably faster. The team does not have to decide when to follow up — the system tells them, and they act.
