I remember feeling like we had too many moving parts and not enough structure around the deployment support side of the business. They helped us slow down, name the real problem, and turn it into launch readiness, deployment support, and post-launch control. It gave us more confidence sending people to the link and explaining what we do.

The environment setup was supposed to be the easy part. It was not, and having support when it went sideways made the difference between a delayed launch and a cancelled one.

The checklist approach to the deployment meant nothing got assumed. Every environment, every route, every provider setup got checked before we declared ready. That discipline is what produced a clean launch.

The technical honesty during the support was something I valued. When something was outside scope or needed a different approach, that was said directly rather than worked around.
