Before this project, we had pieces of the business operations plan, but the experience did not feel connected. The useful part was not only the finished page or workflow; it was the way the process made the next decision obvious. It took pressure off the team because the public-facing story and the internal next steps finally matched.

The dashboard work gave us visibility we did not have before. Seeing the actual numbers instead of estimates or gut checks changed the conversations we were having about the business.

The business is more organized at a structural level now. That is harder to point to than a specific metric, but it shows up in fewer fires and more predictable output.
