Before this project, we had pieces of the founder support plan, but the experience did not feel connected. The useful part was not only the finished page or workflow; it was the way the process made the next decision obvious. It took pressure off the team because the public-facing story and the internal next steps finally matched.
Being a founder without a peer is a specific kind of difficult. Decisions are constant and there is no obvious person to pressure-test them against who understands the full context.
The founder support was strategic in the best sense — it helped me see which decisions were actually high-stakes and which ones I was spending too much energy on because they felt urgent.
The business is in a better position because of the thinking we did together. Not every decision was right, but the framework for making them got stronger.
