What stood out was that Skyes Over London did not treat the local seo work like a quick polish job. By the end, the project felt less like a pile of tasks and more like something our team could understand and maintain. That made the business feel easier to present and easier to operate.

The business was strong but our Google presence was scattered. Different service pages were pulling different keywords, our NAP wasn't consistent across listings, and we had no system for managing it.

The citation cleanup was less glamorous but probably the highest-leverage fix. Inconsistent name and address data across directories was quietly hurting our rankings everywhere.

We now have a repeatable process for adding service area pages as we expand. That was not something we had before this project.
