I remember feeling like we had too many moving parts and not enough structure around the automation side of the business. They helped us slow down, name the real problem, and turn it into workflow cleanup, better handoffs, and automation that still left room for human judgment. It gave us more confidence sending people to the link and explaining what we do.

The business was running but the overhead was too high for what we were producing. Repetitive tasks were eating time that should have gone toward actual client work.

What we built was conservative by design. The goal was not to automate everything — it was to automate the things that were both repetitive and low-judgment, and leave the rest alone. That distinction mattered.

We have added to the automation since the project ended, using the same principles. The system is built to be extended.
