Before this project, we had pieces of the staffing + sourcing plan, but the experience did not feel connected. The useful part was not only the finished page or workflow; it was the way the process made the next decision obvious. It took pressure off the team because the public-facing story and the internal next steps finally matched.

We needed both candidates and the supply chain to feel more organized. What we had worked but it was fragile and hard to hand off to anyone else on the team.

The supply organization — getting vendors mapped, expectations documented, and the handoff process cleaner — reduced the number of surprises. We knew what we had and what we could count on.

Sourcing has been more consistent since the structure was put in. The team can work the system without it depending on any one person knowing it intuitively.
